Cable pullover – 4X10 – I like cable pullover more than dumbbell pullover because cables provide tension throughout the entire rep

Hyperextension machine plate row – 3X10 (add drop set by dropping a plate) this exercise helps develop mid/lower back region. Focus on slow eccentric and emphasize the stretch

Single arm cable lat pull-down – 3X10 – allow the cable to pull your arm ACROSS your body for the best stretch on the lats
