Xiao Changqing, Sun Qiancheng and Chen Xincheng, three old friends and colleagues, worked hard all their lives and founded a warm retirement community after retirement. The establishment process of the retirement community was not smooth sailing. The old guys themselves faced their own problems. Sun Qiancheng and Xia Mingzhu were at loggerheads because of their daughter’s unhappy marriage; Chen Xincheng couldn’t let go of his glorious past and was at odds with his rebellious son who pursued his dreams; Xiao Changqing was widowed in his early years, and he was always worried about the food and clothing of the whole family. The elderly living in the community brought all kinds of troubles. In the endless problems, the three old guys can always find solutions. They work together to help Aunt Niu get back the cheated house, let Xu Gong live in the retirement center to regain the dignity of intellectuals, and help Aunt Xu resolve family disputes. The retirement center gradually started to operate amid various difficulties. While solving problems for the elderly one by one, they also constantly become better themselves in the process.
蕭長慶、孫前程和陳新城三個老友兼同事操勞打拼了一輩子，退休後共同創辦了一個溫暖的養老社區。養老社區的創辦過程並不是一帆風順，老傢伙們本身都面臨著各自的問題，孫前程與夏明珠因為女兒的不幸婚姻劍拔弩張；陳新城放不下輝煌的過去，與叛逆追夢的兒子勢同水火；肖長慶早年喪偶，一個人張羅著一大家子的衣食起居，總有操不完的心。而入住社區的老人們更是帶來了各種麻煩。在層出不窮的問題中，三個老傢伙總能找出對策，他們齊心協力幫助牛大媽找回被騙的房子，讓許工入住養老中心重拾知識分子的尊嚴，幫助徐大媽解決家庭糾紛等。養老中心在各種困難中逐漸運作起來，他們在為一個個老人解決難題的同時，也在這過程中不斷成為更好的自己。
