The protagonist is a boy without a name and the female patient without a future. After he picked up her diary “Comorbidity Library”, the lives of the two who had no intersection in the class changed. For the boy, he wanted the girl with pancreatic disease to recover, and for the girl, she wanted to live a normal life with him. After the two people with opposite personalities met, their emotions complemented each other.
